In order to receive relincensure hours for this years' Professional Development Day, you will need to complete
this "Takeaways and Implementation" Form,
as well as register for the "
Sevier Mid-Winter PD" MIDAS* Course # 47844. These would be in addition to the
session-specific evaluations you'll complete at the conclusion of each session. Please complete the
Takeaway Form and Register on MIDAS as soon as possible after the PD day, and sooner than January 6 at 12:00 PM.
After that time MIDAS will be closed so credit can be granted accordingly.
*To properly register for MIDAS courses, you need to add the course to your cart by clicking the green "register" tab, check the 'section' box, then select the green "Add to Cart" tab. You'll then receive a popup box allowing you to Check Out or Continue Browsing. You must also check out your 'cart' to be enrolled in the course. After selecting an orange "Checkout" tab twice, you'll get a popup that says your registration was successful. You will also receive a registration confirmation email from MIDAS Education.
If you never receive this email then you were not enrolled in the course.A session-specific evolution can be completed by the link on each session description, as well as by
clicking here. Please take a minute after each session and complete an evaluation.
